7 months post face and neck lift - Is revision possible? (Photos)

I had a deep plane Face and Neck lift in May 2025. My neck was injured with the surgical tape and my face is lopsided. Is my neck even treatable now? I’m 58.

Thank you for your question. The permanent threads should not be an issue to someone experienced in Deep Plane Facelifts. I myself have performed numerous Deep Plane Facelifts on patients with threads. I remove them as I see them, but they don't interfere with the procedure itself. All the best,
