Chinstrap tightness with muscle knots two years post op. What can be done to correct this?

I had a deep plane neck/facelift with small chin implant two years ago. I have extremely tight chinstrap feeling under chin from ear to ear. I sometimes get muscles knots on either side of my neck. In addition, I have a crawling feeling from under my chin to halfway down my neck above the thyroid area.. What can be done to correct this? Should I get neck revision, Botox, remove the chin implant or something else? My neck is so tight that my glands are visible as well
