Bridge bone grew back + hole in bridge. What can be done to repair my nose? (photos)

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin at the upper 1/3 of your nose which is common. There appears to be a bump and a visible indentation in between your two nasal bones. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe considered for camouflaging these irregularities for a less operated and more pleasing nasal appearance. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

I have evaluated your case regarding the information you provided and your photos.Most likely, there was a closing deformity of the nasal bones after lateral osteotomy in the dorsum. That is why the skin collapsed. It should be opened again and the pit hole defects should be repaired with cartilage. I highly recommend you a revision rhinoplasty if that part of your nose disturbs you.

Based on your pictures, it looks like you have an « open roof » deformity. You have 2 options, the surgical and the non surgical one. It goes without saying that the surgical method requires a bigger commitment, both in time and money. However, you may prefer the non surgical one which involves filler injections. You can start off with a temporary, dissolvable filler such as Restylane and then if you like it, gradually to a permanent one such as Bellafill. The beauty of this latter method is that in expert hands, the filler can be a used to not only correct that localized depression over your bone but also refine the overall appearance of your nose including better symmetry and narrower. Furthermore, the Bellafill will induce your own collagen production which would help thicken the thin skin to also help hide the blood vessels.
