I know a lot of non surgical rhinoplasty surgeries are for the bump from the side of the nose however my biggest concern is not the bump, even though I do have one and would like it corrected, I care more about reshaping my nose to be straight, and for the bridge to be thinner from the front view but unsure if filler can do this

Answer: Injectable fillers may camouflage a dorsal nasal hump.
This area of the nose requires care to avoid such complications with fillers. I would recommend a rhinoplasty to reduce the dorsum and then be done with this.
Not all fillers are created equal. I would suggest getting a copy of your medical record so you can see what was injected. If it's HA, it may be dissolved. If you decide to re-ask your question, it would be helpful knowing what you don't like about your nose filler treatment. Your up-close...
Your photos are difficult to see the indentation. If there is an indent at the bridge of your nose, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for a non-surgical permanent fill. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
