Reshaping nose & thinning bridge - Would non-surgical rhinoplasty be suitable? (Photos)

Question

I know a lot of non surgical rhinoplasty surgeries are for the bump from the side of the nose however my biggest concern is not the bump, even though I do have one and would like it corrected, I care more about reshaping my nose to be straight, and for the bridge to be thinner from the front view but unsure if filler can do this

Depending on your examination, you may be a candidate to have injectable fillers injected to the root of your nose. This may lead to a straighter nasal profile appearance. On front of you you do not appear to have a wide nasal appearance in your bridge. If you are looking for a smaller nasal appearance with a tip lift, rhinoplasty surgery would be the best option for achieving those goals. Thank you for your question and I hope this is helpful. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty would be able to create a straighter profile and frontal view for your nose. The limitation with nonsurgical rhinoplasty is that it can only add volume, but can not take any away. By slightly raising the bridge of your nose above the hump it will camouflage the hump. A rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. You are quite correct. HA fillers can help to straighten the bump at the bridge of the nose. But, they can also elevate and increase nasal tip projection. Performing both often leads to appeance of a thinner, sleaker nose. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and make certain to ask to see his/her personal befores and afters before agreeing to proceed. The nose, for a variety of reasons, is absolutely NOT to be left to the hands of novice injectors. Best of luck.
