I have a few questions. The person I had fillers with many years ago said they didn’t use a permanent filler, but it has been around 5 years since I had fillers in my nose. It’s altered my whole face shape. My nose still hasn’t gone back to normal, it’s either permanently damaged or my nose still hasn’t metabolised it. I can’t get anyone to help me anywhere. Is it normal for it to stay in the nose this long? If it’s permanent damage how do I fix it? Please help

Your photos are difficult to see the indentation. If there is an indent at the bridge of your nose, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for a non-surgical permanent fill. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
Sometimes there can be redness associated with an injectable filler treatment, and if somebody goes into the sun, that redness can turn into brown patches. They generally fade on their own, if that is the issue. Please consider asking a question with photographs. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr....
Filler can be used if very carefully placed around the rim of the nostril to make the nostrils a little smaller and s small amount of filler can be placed in the pinched area of the nostril but has to be done with caution and placed correctly to alleviate the “pinched” look
