Hi, I had a primary rhinoplasty 4 years ago and a deviated nose post surgery bothers me. I am looking at all options and wondering whether filler could help achieve a satisfactory result for me. There are bumps etc to be smoothed out but I am interested in where filler can be injected around the nostril area. Prior to surgery my nostril show was less and my deviation less apparent. I wonder if filler can be placed to lower the nostril show? And also on the sides to reduce the pinched look?

Fillers would not lead to a narrower nasal appearance, however, they may be utilized for camouflaging your tiny nasal profile bump. Please consider meeting with several reputable nasal specialist so you can see what might be best for you moving forward. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
If you would like to lower your nostrils for symmetry, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered - depending on your examination. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
Unfortunately, severing the depressor muscle will not lift the nasal tip. Neither will Botox. In our experience, the best way to rotate a nasal tip is with tip plasty surgery. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
