a few years ago, I used a 1.0mm dermaroller to help get rid of a small scar on the nose. I only did it once, however, 3 years later, i still have a rectangular cave in section on my nose bridge that is disfiguring. My nose is no longer straight and is instead slanted , as if someone took a sandpaper and sanded off one side of my nose bridge. Is there any treatment that can help this? Also is injecting something like rejuran an option there?

Answer: How to repair caved-in nose bridge from dermaroller?
Sometimes there can be redness associated with an injectable filler treatment, and if somebody goes into the sun, that redness can turn into brown patches. They generally fade on their own, if that is the issue. Please consider asking a question with photographs. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr....
Filler can be used if very carefully placed around the rim of the nostril to make the nostrils a little smaller and s small amount of filler can be placed in the pinched area of the nostril but has to be done with caution and placed correctly to alleviate the “pinched” look
Fillers would not lead to a narrower nasal appearance, however, they may be utilized for camouflaging your tiny nasal profile bump. Please consider meeting with several reputable nasal specialist so you can see what might be best for you moving forward. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
