Is excessive injection scarring long after a non surgical nose job normal after such a simple procedure?

Hi there, when receiving a nonsurgical nose job the first time, I experienced almost no scarring or hyperpigmentation. Now, after changing providers, I have EXCESSIVE injection scars all over the nose, and I'm really concerned. Is excessive injection scarring normal after such a simple procedure?

Sometimes there can be redness associated with an injectable filler treatment, and if somebody goes into the sun, that redness can turn into brown patches.
