Is excessive injection scarring long after a non surgical nose job normal after such a simple procedure?

Hi there, when receiving a nonsurgical nose job the first time, I experienced almost no scarring or hyperpigmentation. Now, after changing providers, I have EXCESSIVE injection scars all over the nose, and I'm really concerned. Is excessive injection scarring normal after such a simple procedure?

Filler can be used to make adjustments in asymmetries after rhinoplasty. It can be placed along the nostril rim to thicken it some and bring it down a bit. If the filler works, then Silicone can be placed to make the result permanent.

If you would like to lower your nostrils for symmetry, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered - depending on your examination. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Fix droppy nose tip with Botox or depressor septi muscle? (photos)

Unfortunately, severing the depressor muscle will not lift the nasal tip. Neither will Botox. In our experience, the best way to rotate a nasal tip is with tip plasty surgery. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
