Are there any non-surgical options to help bring my labia majora together at all after my labiaplasty gone wrong?

Your labia were amputated. As the inventor and innovator of the wedge technique in 1994, I reconstruct many women who have had labia reductions by other surgeons, both wedge and trimming techniques. The reconstruction technique depends on the deformity. The reconstruction is more difficult than a primary labiaplasty and should be done by a plastic surgeon with extensive experience in labia reconstruction. I published the first and most extensive paper on labia reconstruction in the prestigious journal "Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery" about ten years ago. You have a small clitoral hood but probably have adequate tissue to reconstruct small labia minora with clitoral hood flaps, which I invented and published in that journal article. In this surgery, I take the remaining tissue of your clitoral hood and transfer it downward to create labia minora. I have done this surgery about 70 times with excellent results. The surgery takes about 3+ hours so it is not a simple office procedure. If any surgeon reduces more of your clitoral hood, you will be ineligible for this repair. I would also close the perineum as much as possible to decrease the opening. You only get one good chance to reconstruct you, so be patient and ask a lot of questions.

If you can't afford surgery, don't do anything. Do a virtual consultation with an expert, get a price quote, and save up to get it fixed. Wasting your money on things that don't work won't achieve anything.

Sorry to learn about your disappointment. You can certainly discuss your concerns with your surgeon. If you have a reluctance to do so a second opinion in person from a board certified plastic surgeon or gynecologist specialzing in genital aesthetic surgery would be in your best interest. There is no non-surgical solution to achieve reconstruction of your labia minora. An examination would allow for assessment of the adjacent tissue to determine what your reconstructive options are, but they almost certainly involve a surgical solution, if one exists. Unfortunately, there are no non-surgical optins here, even if non-surgeons who only have expensive "machines" may tell you so. So-called "energy-based devices" will only empty your purse. While your least expensive option will be to have your original surgeon perform a mini-perineoplasty for aesthetic purposes, you must trust this person, and make your post-op expectations crystl clear to your prospective surgeon.
