I've recently accepted I hate having added cartilage in my nose. The skin at the tip is too thin and is turning pale because of it. And it all just feels so hard. I've had 2 rhinoplasties and I really don't want another but will have it if it just puts an end to things. I'm satisfied with my alar base being smaller which it is. My original doctor who did both surgeries said he doesn't feel confident going back again because of circulation. What are my options?
