Based on your photos, your nasal tip does not appear to be over rotated. Generally, it is not possible to widen somebody's nostrils that have been surgically narrowed. On the base view of your nose, you appear to have an indentation above your right nostril margin. If you feel as though you're right nostril is higher than your left on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for lowering your right nostril, perhaps for symmetry. Hello - you have several issues going on. Your nostrils are uneven, and there is irregularity on the dorsum of the nose. This can be improved but it is a significant procedure.
