About a year ago I had open revision rhinoplasty in Istanbul Turkey. I did surgery there for my deviated septum and very cosmetic reasons. My cosmetic issue was my profile on each side was not even and my tip was very rounded and long. I wanted to keep the shape of my nose but just fix the symmetry on mh profile and bulging tip. The doctor said he would need to use cartilage from my nose to fix it. My nose now is too lifted with small uneven nostrils and too short for my face. How can I fix it?
