I had a rhinoplasty 1 year ago and a bump has appeared under the tip on the left side of my nose. 10 years prior to this surgery, i broke my nose and underwent a closed surgery. My surgeon tried a steroid injection which did not heal the bump. We discussed filler as an option, but i would like a permanent solution that doesn't compromise the overall result. I'd like to field other opinions and understand if there are other non-invasive + safe solutions given my history.
