What is the best way to correct my malpositioned implants?

I had my 10 year old implants replaced along with a nipple length reduction. I am so unhappy with my results. Previously I had 350cc low profile over the muscle. Now have 500cc high profile under the muscle. I am much more asymmetrical now and have excess skin hanging above the nipple and a nipple that droops downwards. I was advised at the consultation I did not need a lift and any bigger than 500cc would be to large. Please can anyone advise on the best way of correcting. Thank you

One of the causes of rippling is large implants that stretch the tissue envelope. Going larger is more likely to make it worse rather than better. A cohesive gel implant and/or internal bra is a better option.
