Ruptured saline implant, but can I continue with IVF and remove/replace implants later?

in most cases, it is best to remove implants as soon as possible after rupture. Sometimes it is possible to remove them under local anesthesia. Although it is easier to remove a saline implant in the early stages of rupture, you can remove it whenever it is more convenient. The implant is not going anywhere.

You should get the information re your implant especailly if it is textured or smooth. If smooth, they can often be removed under local anesthesia. On the other hand, there is no specific harm to leaving them in deflated.
