Vaser liposuction 11 month ago & bulging abdomen, looking for advice (Photos)

Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach master of this procedure is in reality quite small.
I generally recommend patient have multiple in person consultations before considering selecting a provider repaired
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after of previous patients who had similar body characteristics.
Highly experienced plastic surgeons should have access to hundreds or preferably thousands of before, and after pictures to choose from.
Recognize that revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction.
Any attempt at revising the outcome can easily make things worse.
This is more likely when the first procedure was overly aggressive, removing most of the subcutaneous fat layer, leaving virtually nothing to work with.
To make an assessment regarding the outcome we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
I don’t know how things work in Turkey But I would imagine things are fairly similar.
Before and after pictures are part of your medical record which you should have a right to.
It looks to me like you have a significant amount of excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat and you may not have been a good candidate for Liposuction in the first place.
I think it’s going to be difficult to improve on your outcome to any meaningful extent.
Recognize that any attempt and improving the outcome with revision surgery can make things worse.
Make sure any surgeon has proven track record delivering quality results. Whether is a primary or revision procedure.
Ask them to show you lots of pictures of previous patients who started off looking like you do.
It’s going to be difficult to improve on your outcome.
