Yes if you are healing normally and not showing any signs of infection you can have a lip filler treatment five days after your crown.  Visit with an experienced injector for your treatment.

I would recommend to wait 7-10 days prior to the lip filler procedure to allow for any possible inflammation to go down.

While it is generally safe to get lip fillers, it is advised to wait at least 2 weeks after any dental procedure before getting any type of facial injectable. This is to minimize the risk of infection and to ensure that any swelling, bruising, or sensitivity from the dental work has completely resolved. In my opinion, it would be fine to have a lip filler 5 days after dental work.  You might want to check with the physician that would be doing your lip filler though, as they may have a different opinion.
