I split my upper lip at age 3 and had it stitched up. I have had a permanent fat lip since. It has been 30 years and my fat lip drives me crazy. I feel like it looks like lip filler gone wrong. Is getting filler too I even it out my best option, or surgically having something done to fix it. Will scar tissue form again? Any advice would is appreciated

Yes if you are healing normally and not showing any signs of infection you can have a lip filler treatment five days after your crown. Visit with an experienced injector for your treatment.
It’s hard to tell from your pictures.
The most likely explanation would be the Tyndall effect. Other potential ideologies would include a mucocele or granuloma formation, though they seem more unlikely in this location.
Tyndall should have resolved by now.

Lip filler treatment can cause bruising and swelling. If after two weeks you still have concerns you can elect to have the filler dissolved using hyaluronidase. You can also leave the filler to be metabolized naturally. You will need to work with your provider regarding cost.
