This may be improved with using lip filler.

However, to achieve a more permanent and definitive correction, I would recommend revising the scar at the office under local anesthesia to create a flatter lip contour.

I would recommend an in person evaluation by the Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to evaluate the thickness of your skin and status of your muscles

I would not recommend fillers. I would recommend surgical excision of the more prominent area.
