If lower lateral cartilage was stitched together but not cut, to make the tip smaller and more refined, can this be reversed to make the tip bigger again? Or would all your lower lateral cartilage need to be replaced with rib? If it is replaced with rib, is it possible to get the same shape tas your natural cartilage have you?

The septum is not typically reduced to shorten the nose as this can be to aggressive. Usually a cephalic trim or suturing the medial crura up to the septum can achieve this.
