I'd like to get a more v shaped jaw as mine is too large and square. There isn't any major asymmetry visible , I just do not like the shape as it makes my lower face quite masculine. I'm not sure if I should visit a orthognathic surgeon first. I've previously worn invisalign for a minor crossbite.

I would recommend chin reduction surgery in your case. It appears to be both long and over projected. In general, a smaller and less projected chin is considered more feminine. Smiling usually exacerbates the problem so I usually inject botox to diminish the effects of the muscles.
