What can improve tooth show when opening lips? (Photo)

I don’t like how my teeth show when I open my mouth i also have no upper tooth show is this lip ptosis or muscle problem? Would reducing wet mucosa help or muscle resuspension?

We can usually reduce these well by removing or injecting with a shrinking medicaiton like a steroid.
