I have had recently had a breast lift revision only to be left with a big soft bump under one of my breasts, will this eventually flatten or look normal or will I need surgery to fix this? Would lipo fix it or would I have to go under the knife again. My surgeon said it would flatten over time but I'm devastated it seems like it might not.

Thank you for your question and photo. Yes, you certainly are a candidate for a lift without implants. This will tighten the skin envelop of the breasts, elevate the nipple on the chest and get the breast skin off the skin of the upper tummy. This elongates the torso and makes you look longer...
The bases of your breasts cannot be lifted, but you do have some sagging which can be easily corrected by removing the excess skin from the inferior incision.
Your implants are too large and sitting too high, and yes you have some sagging, I would suggest going with smaller implants and removing the excess skin.
