Thanks for your question regarding what to do about your question thigh lift. The crescent thigh lift or the horizontal inner thigh reduction is a complex procedure. Its significant complications include incorrect scar placement, the drift of the scar, wound breakdown, and spread of the labia introitus. In my opinion, the surgery's key is minimizing tension in the medial thigh. This is why for years, I’ve advocated anchoring the inner thigh to the pelvic periosteum. The hardest in the area is the layer that covers the pelvic bone. Furthermore, I emphasize using permanent sutures to minimize the drift and spread of the score. I think the scar should be placed in the crease, not lower. Anchoring the inner side to the public periosteum minimizes the fault's drift and the spot's spread. Since attention is on the periosteum, there is minimal chance of labial spread or spread of the introitus. In my opinion, I would wait for about a year after your surgery. This will allow the swelling to go down and the tissues to heal as well as possible. This will allow for some laxity in the area and possibly a revision. Doing surgery soon may jeopardize your final results. Good luck. I hope this helps to answer your difficult question regarding thigh lifts. I specialize in thigh lifts.
