I am 120lbs and 56 years old. My weight has always been stable. I used to have nice legs but now am plagued with banana rolls under my butt, cellulite and sagging, especially at the back of thighs and outer thighs. When I pull up on my thighs it disappears. I have a bit of sagging of inner thighs, not much. I want lipo for the banana rolls. My question is do I need a traditional thigh lift to get rid of the cellulite/sagging, or is there a less invasive alternative? Thanks!
