Awesome7609
I want a rhinoplasty I will try draw what I mean so you know what I’m feeling. I’ve been having filler in my nose for a few years now and if I put my finger inside my nostril I can feel where the filler is to fill out my dents but it’s like the cartilage is like an indentation almost like a bowl where the blob of filler is. I want rhinoplasty but scared when I dissolve the filler to have it I will have collapsed lower lateral cartilage is this possible or will it just go back to normal ? If not can surgeon fix it I don’t like fake look, The lines is how the cartilage feel
