Is this an achievable nose for me? (Photo)

Question

My nose has always been an issue with me: crooked tip, broken 2x, left nostril has barely any air flow, and I mouth breathe. I would like my nose to give a short appearance from the front and for the width of my nose to be better (my tip is the same width as my shaft). from the side I would like a dip, for a more feminine look rather than my hard solid nose now.

I'll be honest with you I don't see much wrong with your nose. Maybe in person a surgeon could tell better.  I don't think it would hurt to go on a few consults but certainly would not rush into having anything done

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Hello and thanks for your questions. Rhinoplasty operation can shorten your nose and the breathing problem can be fixed together with the other concerns too. Since you broke your nose two times and have the breathing problems, The doctor should see you in person to decide what kind of procedure that you are going to need to solve all of the issues.
