My nose has always been an issue with me: crooked tip, broken 2x, left nostril has barely any air flow, and I mouth breathe. I would like my nose to give a short appearance from the front and for the width of my nose to be better (my tip is the same width as my shaft). from the side I would like a dip, for a more feminine look rather than my hard solid nose now.

Based on these photos you seem to be very good candidate for rhinoplasty. I do not believe that thickness of your skin will significantly influence the result. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.

During your rhinoplasty consultation, tell your plastic surgeon what your goals are. Your description of what you would like to achieve is adequate for your plastic surgeon to explain the procedure and how is is performed. Computer imaging can give you an idea of what the result would look like.
