I have a very large nose and have wanted a rhinoplasty since I was a child. I have very thick skin and now that I’m researching I don’t know if much improvement is even possible. Can I still get an improvement that’s worth it$ I don’t want to spend that much money if it’s not possible to get the kind of results I want.

During your rhinoplasty consultation, tell your plastic surgeon what your goals are. Your description of what you would like to achieve is adequate for your plastic surgeon to explain the procedure and how is is performed. Computer imaging can give you an idea of what the result would look like.
