How long to wait between rhinoplasty and cheek implants?

I'm about to get a rhinoplasty and cheek implants, rhinoplasty of course in full anestehesia and cheek implants in local. I will be scheduling the prosedures soon, with different doctors and I wonder how much time should pass between them? I've read that with full anesthesia it should be at least six weeks, but I guess it's different when one will be performed under a local anestehesia? Is getting cheek implants with local anestehesia safe?

The inconvenience of separate consultations and postsurgical care as well as two individual surgeries and recoveries makes this approach somewhat difficult to accomplish if scheduled closely together. Post surgical inflammatory swelling may distort adjacent structures for at least several months.
Most plastic surgeons perform both procedures in one sitting.
