I have deep crevices under my eyes. I am only 34. How can i improve this?
Answer: Eyelid Surgery Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have extra saggy skin both above and under your eyes. For a better, fresh and young look I suggest you lower and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. If you can provide photos from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.Best Regards!

Answer: Under eye hollows You need volume to your midface and tear trough. This can be achieved with either fat grafting/filler vs surgery (lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transposition). Best to see an eyelid expert to come up with the best treatment plan.

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Deep crevices in undereyes Deep crevices or hollows under the eyes can be caused by a loss of volume in the area, which can occur naturally with age or due to genetics. There are several options to improve this appearance: -Dermal fillers: A dermatologist or plastic surgeon can inject hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm into the hollows to add volume and smooth out the area. -Fat transfer: This involves taking fat from another part of the body and injecting it under the eyes to fill in the hollows. -Chemical peels: A dermatologist can apply a chemical solution to the skin under the eyes to remove the outer layer of dead skin cells and stimulate collagen production. -Laser resurfacing: A dermatologist can use a laser to remove the outer layer of skin under the eyes, stimulating collagen production and tightening the skin. -Surgery: In some cases, a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) may be recommended to remove excess skin and fat from the area and tighten the skin. Based on the picture you provided, it looks like you would be a good candidate. It's best to consult with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to determine the best option for your specific case. Best of luck !
