One of my eye sockets sits lower on my face than the other and although some may think it’s a relatively minor issue it has really effected my self confidence and social life. What type of surgery if any, can you recommend to remedy this.
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Reduce the make up It is tru that you have asymmetry of eyesocketts, orbits. That can not be corrected with ordinary surgery, extensive craniofacial procedure may be needed for that. However, puting so visible make up on your brows and eyes, you are attracting more attention to that area; less make up will make that asymmetry less noticeable. Just a thought. Good luck.

Answer: Eyelid Surgery Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I see in your photo, I suggest you a endoscopic brow lift surgery. The right eye is more slant and right brow is upper than the other one. If you provide more photos for examination It would be much appropriate. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable.

Answer: Eye asymmetry I understand how this issue can affect your self-confidence and social life. I would suggest that you consult with a qualified medical professional such as a plastic surgeon or ophthalmologist who can provide you with a proper evaluation of your condition and recommend the appropriate course of action. The medical professional may suggest different types of procedures depending on the severity of the asymmetry and the underlying cause. Some possible procedures that might be recommended include: Orbital floor reconstruction: If the asymmetry is caused by a fracture or deformity of the eye socket, reconstructive surgery to the orbital floor may be necessary. Blepharoplasty: This is a cosmetic surgical procedure that can address drooping or sagging of the eyelids, which can contribute to an uneven appearance of the eye area. Brow lift: In some cases, a brow lift may be recommended to lift the brow and improve the overall symmetry of the eye area. It's important to have a thorough consultation with a medical professional who can evaluate your unique situation and provide recommendations for treatment. They can also discuss potential risks, benefits, and recovery time associated with any surgical procedures. I hope this helps, best of luck !
