Would I be a good candidate for Epicanthoplasty? I would like to be rid of my Mongolian fold. I already have natural double eyelids? How would this procedure affect the look of my nose?

Epicanthoplasty is certainly an option. Generally this incision heals quite well, but there is a slightly higher chance of poor scarring with an incision in this area compared with the rest of the eyelid.

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photo you are a good candidate for a Epicanthoplasty. The procedure will not effect your nose. For your nose I highly recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery because in the photo which you provided it seems very deviated like an 'S Shape'. Epicanthoplasty and Rhinoplasty can be performed at the same time as combined surgery.Best Regards!
