You have ptosis (drooping) of the left upper lid which is causing you to raise you left brow (compensatory frontalis over action). This makes the platforms of the eyelids asymmetric. This can be fixed surgically by raising the left eyelid +/- brow repositioning with neurotoxin or surgery.
Best to see an eyelid expert.

Your affected eye appears to be ptotic and the supratarsal fold shifted upward. A levator plication would correct this.

You likely need left upper eyelid ptosis surgery. Best to see an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

It is relatively common that one eyelid is much more affected than the other. This requires a detailed in person consultation. Please be aware that oculoplastic surgeons love the posterior approach ptosis surgery called the Mueller's muscle conjunctival resection ptosis surgery. That surgery will not be right for you in my opinion. You need your upper eyelid crease rebuilt at a lower location, repair of the disinserted tendon and reconstruct the upper eyelid fold. Your eyes can be your best feature.

It is a frequent situation to have different eyebrow shapes or positions, and to have different eye socket shapes. I address this regularly, but, it's hard based on this picture to give you a detailed recommendation. Suffice to say that we can use injections (e.g. botox or filler) and surgery (e.g. browlift, blepharoplasty, and orbital contouring) to decrease the asymmetry.

Yes you have ptosis of the left eye. The brow is compensating for this. You need upper blepharoplasty with ptosis repair. Sometime it can reflect an underlying problem such as something in the nervous (brain) system, but this is rare. Most times, it is just ptosis that worsens over time.
