Eye area ruins my looks - what can I do? (Photo)

Good evening doctors ! I had a question about any procedures to help my eye area, it’s a huge insecurity of mine. I am looking to get into modeling but I feel like my eyes are so ugly and it completely ruins my face so I haven’t given it a shot.
