Let's be honest. You are basically perfect. That means making an improvement here will be challenging. Orbital are moved in cases of severe craniofaical abnormalities. In those cases the disfigurement is so severe that improvement achieved surgically makes a beneficial difference. In your case, it is impossible for surgery to make a beneficial difference. For that reason, the answer is that it will not be helpful to have surgery that might alter the position of the eyes relative to each other. Knock on enough doors in this world and someone might offer to attempt what you are thinking about. It will not end well. Please be careful what you look for.
