While many cosmetic procedures take up to a year for results to appear as hoped, I would recommend that you follow up with your plastic surgeon to address your current concerns. With any surgery involving the removal of fat cells, it's always possible that fat will reappear in the area. It's difficult to answer your question without a full examination, however. You may want to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to see if a revision blepharoplasty is possible.
