My best advice is to ask your surgeon to show photos of patients with clinical features similar to your body and implant characteristics. It is a complex situation; removing the implant will not put your body back when you decide to place the implants. Other factors that affect the result are the implant size, the plane of implant placement, and the present quality of the tissues.
