I got my breast augmentation done just over 2 years ago and I was never In love with the result but now I can’t look past the space between the cleavage and the side of my breast feeling like it’s always rubbing off my inner arm. I got 330cc under muscle.

Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. You do have a satisfactory aesthetic result, but your breasts do fall to the side and have droop. I have been in practice for over 30 years and revisionary breast surgery is a large portion of my practice. You would benefit from a internal bra-capsulorrhaphy as well as a breast lift. Answer: Breast augmentation Thank you for posting your question here!My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided , for a detailed and personalized plan I would recommend consulting with your surgeon in person. It is hard to tell if your breasts have lateral displacement without a pre-operative pictures, that being said you do have some asymmetry one side appears to be a little more lateral and a little lower than the other.If it bothering you , you can always discuss with your surgeon , potentially they can perform a capsulorrhaphy or try to improve symmetry with a mesh ...etc. or improve medial fullness by fat grafting.I hope this helps, best of luck !
