I’m getting silicone moderate plus xtra implants over the muscle at the end of the month. My surgeon said I could do 275cc or 295cc so I chose the 275 but I’m now thinking of changing it to the bigger one but worried it might feel even heavier on my chest. The implants feel quite heavy to hold do they feel that heavy inside the breast? Because that’s the only thing that’s making me think of choosing the smaller one in the first place.

Thanks for your question! Personally, I think that the extra high profile tends to look a little pointy and over-projecting. I would suggest trying on implant sizers (if you are given that choice) to see which look you prefer. Best of luck!
