Best surgery to fix breast reduction I had a breast reduction 08/11/22. Overall I'm not happy with the results from shaping, to size and scarring I hate it all. What would be the best surgery to help with my insecurities. I'd like my breast to be a bit bigger, rounder (natural looking) and for the scarring to not be so visible. Thank you

Scarring can be improved with micro-needling. If you add implant behind the muscle, you can get more upper breast fullness. However, you will be bigger and heavier again. Please look at your before photos and remember why you chose to have the reduction--your breasts were too large and heavy.  Naturally, your breast sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved higher. You will never have high sitting breasts naturally.  You actually have a nice result.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your breast reduction results.  If you are wanting more volume you can consider adding an implant.  This can help round out the shape as well.  During the procedure a scar revision can be performed to help improve the look of the scars.

Hi. To make your breasts rounder and more natural looking, the best solution is breast augmentation. This would fill the upper pole and give a more natural and round look. If you are opposed to implants, you can do fat transfer to that area but it may take a couple of sessions to achieve your goal. In regards to your scars, you can get a scar revision and get the dark pigmented skin around the scar excised.

Hello, All scar healing finish about 1 year so your time is completed.When you have dark skin your scar is a a bit visible. I think you have a bigger breast before therefore they are look like a bit sagging again. If you want a bit bigger you must be put silicone implant again.
