Im finally wanting surgery on my cleft after having tried the non-surgical route for many years and having spent thousands on doing so without any satisfying results. I find filler always migrates, makes the chin look bulbous and feels tight, even when used in conjunction with Botox, that typically wears off in a month. I believe my mentalis muscle is really strong, and that the main reason why, as i am aging, the appearance is becoming more masculine. I do still have filler in my chin that is placed upon my bone that I believe is contributing to the overall roundness, and i have had filler either side and in the chin/lip grove but feel a fat transfer would be a better option as well as mentalis muscle surgery if that is a possibility? Just to note i do not think my bone needs reshaping in anyway and i am a 33yo female. I would like to undergo chin liposuction at the same time, as well as cheek fat grafting, or possibly a ponytail facelift/brow lift as i am not happy with how my upper face is aging. I hope the photos highlight my concerns well enough for you to offer feedback. Thanks in advance

In females, large implants often give the chin a wider appearance and can look masculine. The amount of projection is fine but less width would be more feminine. In cases similar to yours, I remove the implant and perform a sliding genioplasty. This allows me to center the natural chin and keep...
Chin implants come extended to treat a small chin adding projection, height and width. Excess tissue lateral to the marionette line at times can be treated with buccal fat excision.
Fat grafting to the cheeks and prejowl are other options.
