Skin/fat under chin - What can help my chin/lower face? (Photos)

Asked By:Ashley_DC1 in Washington, District of Columbia

I’m hoping to improve my lower face. The skin/fat under my chin is likely due to excess weight but it’s also hereditary and something I would like to address at some point. I’m also wondering about my chin and nose and if augmenting those would give a more balanced profile. I don’t want to necessarily add width or length to my chin, but it seems weak and the area around my mouth has strange indents(better seen from front photo). Thanks for any help!
