Chin implants come extended to treat a small chin adding projection, height and width. Excess tissue lateral to the marionette line at times can be treated with buccal fat excision. Fat grafting to the cheeks and prejowl are other options.

Based on these photos I would suggest lower face and neck lift and chin augmentation with implant. Upper blepharoplasty and periorbital fat graft should be considered as well. Hope this helps.
