I am super insecure about my jawline and chin area. From the side, there are lines around my mouth that I believe are called marionette lines and my chin looks a bit recessed. From the front, the skin around my chin indents and then widens again, giving me the appearance of really chubby cheeks, which looks really off because the rest of my face is pretty defined. I am only 21 and around 108 pounds. I have tried natural things like dieting and exercise but you can’t exactly target a specific area of fat. Besides both my mom and sister have the same features on their face, and they are both skinny. From what I’ve researched I think I would be okay with just a chin implant and some perioral liposuction. But I wanted to get a doctors opinion. I do also want to mention that I want a permanent solution so no fillers. And I wanted to ask if a chin implant can be custom made so that it adds volume to that indented area I mentioned.

Based on these photos I would suggest lower face and neck lift and chin augmentation with implant. Upper blepharoplasty and periorbital fat graft should be considered as well. Hope this helps.
Based on these photos it appears that conservative liposuction with a small cannula would be a good procedure to consider. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in facial rejuvenation is recommended. Good luck.
A chin implant will provide a better and permanent solution to your lack of chin projection. During the chin implant procedure under sedation, it is convenient to perform submental liposuction simultaneously.
