Is my chin implant too big? Should I consider removal? (Photos)

Zzzzzzzzzzzz
I had chin implant on 6th of October 2024, and after more than 8 months, i still feel numb under my lips and my chin still feel thick, also my smile is still crooked. And what worse is i feel it’s too big for me. It doesn’t suit my face. I just had a consultation with another surgeon recently to have a second opinion and he also think that my implant is too big. So i’m looking for another opinion from another surgeons here, do you think my implant is too big? I would love to hear your opinion. I consider to remove my implant but I’m worried that it’s gonna make my chin worse. What do you think will happen if i remove my chin implant? And what the recovery will look like? Can it be done under local anasthesia? Also can i have my smile back to normal after removal? I also thinking to have a chin augmentation with fat graft. What’s your thoughts on that? What’s your recommendation? Thank you in advance for your answer.
