Jawline sags downward - What procedure can fix my jawline?

Question

My jawline is ok up until my chin - which is either too short or has too much fat underneath. Whenever I have a picture taken from the side (and I’m not posing like in the last picture), especially from a lower angle, my jawline sags downward. I was wondering if chin lipo or chin implant/genioplasty would be a better fix for my issue. Any advice would be much appreciated! I also have badddd TMJ if that’s relevant. I’ve considered masseter Botox but heard it could give me jowls - could that help too?

Based on these photos it appears that conservative liposuction with a small cannula would be a good procedure to consider. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in facial rejuvenation is recommended. Good luck.

Minimal sagging with good skin texture, so you would likely get a great result with submental liposuction or 1-2 treatments with Kybella. I prefer chin liposuction. Occasionally, I will remove a small amount of skin.

Is this downward sagging hard or soft? It may simply be the shape of your jaw bone, in which case we can address it by reshaping the jaw (something we do weekly here). Or, if it is soft tissue, we can think about tightening the skin or reducing a small pocket of fat. A chin implant is unlikely to be a good choice.  More info needed!
