20 y/o Black British, with no dental or airway issues. Would be purely cosmetic. Intend to have the procedure within the next 5 years, allowing for any more facial maturations to complete before going under. Would appreciate any and all advice!

Your overall facial structure is fairly balanced. If you are looking to make subtle changes, you may want to consider jawline and chin contouring. This essentially entails shaving down the bone to create more contour, and in your case, bring the chin back a bit without having to cut the bone...
The shape of the chin and the aesthetic goals will influence the type of cut in the bone. That central portion of the cut looks a little higher and closer to the roots of the teeth. it may not be an exact representation of the surgeons plans.
