Hello. I am unsure if the relevant procedure is a rhinoplasty. I have had a bump at the side of my nose since a small child. It is believed it occurred after I fell and hit my face off a radiator. I am not sure exactly what the anatomy is called but the bone is a lump and very obvious to me.
