Hello. I am unsure if the relevant procedure is a rhinoplasty. I have had a bump at the side of my nose since a small child. It is believed it occurred after I fell and hit my face off a radiator. I am not sure exactly what the anatomy is called but the bone is a lump and very obvious to me.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from rhinoplasty. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Dear ccla27,This can be corrected with rhinoplasty using correct techniques and the required level of shaving. To understand the scale of the work to be done and determine our approach, A CT scan of paranasal sinuses (PNS) on the Coronal/Axial planes is required.
