I will be having rhinoplasty next month and am unsure of what shape nose to ask my surgeon for. I have a nose bump which makes my nose look big and too rounded from the side- no definition. I do not want to remove the hump, I like the look of a roman nose- I think it has character an can look very elegant on a woman (i.e. barbara streisand). Is there a way to sculpt the nose to give a more refined elegant nose hump and to give the hump definition but not get rid of it?
