Roman nose/nose bump. Is there a way to get a more refined hump but not get rid of it?

Can you have rhinoplasty and leave the dorsal hump? A Greek or Roman bridge of the nose is generally considered a strong and masculine feature. It is generally not considered attractive in a woman, and Barbra Streisand is not felt by all to be an example of an attractive female based on classical aesthetics accepted in our culture. That being said, if one has a dorsal hump and wishes to have a rhinoplasty but leave part of the hump,it is theoretically possible to do. I have left tiny amounts of a dorsal hump by request in men but have generally not been willing to do that in women , since most surgeons do not want to sign their name to a “work of art” that they are not fully proud of. So ultimately this depends on your taste, and getting a surgeon willing to execute it.
