What's needed for puffy upper eyelids & bulbous nose tip? (Photos)

Hi I am not happy with my face/profile I am considering nose job, brow lift, upper eyelid surgery Can you advice what would give the best results or what is needed most I feel like my upper eyelids are puffy and don't look awake and I feel my nose is bulbous on the tip and not slanted down enough A long time ago I went to one consultation about my nose and they said they wouldn't recommend because I have small nostrils that touch when I breath in hard. What do you think about that Thankyou

Hi @Fabulous1800. I'm sorry about your experience. What you are describing seems to be a suture. I would recommend seeing a rhinoplasty specialist to remove the remainder of the suture. Best of luck, Dr. Nima.

In general, people with thin nasal skin like yours may see a final result by 14 months postop. It is unlikely that a Kenalog injection would benefit you at this point. If you are terribly unhappy with the width of your tip, revision rhinoplasty may be necessary, depending on your examination....
