Is it possible for buccal fat removal to affect/cause changes to the eyes/eyelids?

I've not found in my practice that Buccal Fat Removal affects the eyes, or the eyelids, as a post-operative symptom.

Good Afternoon! It may be possible that the buccal fat removal does cause some changes to the surrounding skin, especially if other fat was removed incidentally. There could be an entirely separate issue occurring, though. It would be worthwhile to have the eyes evaluated to ensure no other skin condition is developing. Options for improvement may be topical creams which tighten, chemical peels, or microneedling. Hope this helps!
