I'm 25, i have only had botox for my glabella lines so far, and i'm not sure what procedures i should have to get a more attractive face..I think it might be my bone structure that is wrong or my sloped forehead and my full cheeks.
Answer: Buccal fat pad removal If you're seeking to have more cheekbone definition and have a more contoured midcheek you can benefit from the buccal fat pad removal but if for any reason you're not ready to commit to a surgical procedure derma fillers such a juvederm can give you a non permanent enhancement.

Answer: What to know about buccal fat pad removal Thank you for your question and photos. Whether or not your face is attractive is entirely up to your own perspective. However, if you are unsatisfied with the fullness of your cheeks as you describe, you may be a candidate for a buccal lipectomy, also known as buccal fat pad removal. Buccal fat removal can reduce fullness in the area between the cheek and jawline to create a more defined and contoured appearance. Since this tissue is not regrown, the results are considered permanent. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your aesthetic goals and suggest the best treatment plan for you.

Answer: Facial Fat transfer You might consider fat transfer to your cheeks and tear trough to volumize the mid face. You can hold off on buccal fat reduction for now.

Answer: No surgery It does not look that any surgery would help to "change" your face at this time; based on these photos, very likely that make up and good skin care would keep you going. Good luck.
