Answer: Facial Fat transfer You might consider fat transfer to your cheeks and tear trough to volumize the mid face. You can hold off on buccal fat reduction for now.

Answer: Nose job, fat graft to forehead, filler in malar area Hi, I believe you would benefit from, fat graft to your forehead to create a more round profile, rhinoplasty , and dermal filler in malar area for you to have more volume in the middle third.
